Draft for the prototype. A licensed attorney reviews and replaces this before the first paying customer.

What we collect

Account information you give us, such as your email and business details.

Financial data from accounts you choose to connect, such as transactions, payouts, fees, refunds, and disputes. Connections are read-only wherever the provider supports it.

Usage data about how you interact with Blane, used to improve the product.

What we never collect

Full card numbers. Payment credentials stay with the payment processor; Blane works with tokens.

Credentials to your connected platforms. Authorization happens on the provider's own pages.

How we use it

To build your books, compute your figures, and run the features you turn on. To secure and improve the service.

We do not sell your data. We do not share your financial data with third parties except the service providers required to run Blane, under contracts that restrict their use of it.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is logged and restricted by role. We follow least-privilege practices internally and review access regularly.

Your choices

Disconnect any account, export your data, or delete your account at any time. Deleting your account removes your data from production systems within 30 days, subject to legal retention requirements.

Tax figures shown anywhere in Blane are estimates, not advice. Confirm them with a licensed professional. Blane does not prepare or file returns.
